Painstakingly crafted by luthiers in Montana to feature the same structure and components as the popular and celebrated vintage model, the Banner J-45 employs a Thermally Aged Adirondack Red Spruce top with hot hide glue top bracing for superior tonal response. Finished with a striking hand-sprayed, historic-style burst, the Light Aging of this model comes courtesy of Murphy Lab's skilled craftsmen.
Combining lightly aged hardware with a gorgeous Light Aging finish by the Murphy Lab's master craftsmen, the 1942 Banner J-45 faithfully simulates decades of light play wear, giving it the unique mojo of a vintage example from the Golden Era of Gibson.
