This special construction method allows the one-piece neck to extend into the body and connect directly to the sides, back and top. This not only guarantees great stability, but also optimal vibration transmission, faster response and longer sustain. All SUPERIOR instruments are handcrafted in Europe and come with some very special extras at this affordable price point: these include a mahogany neck with ebony inlay on the back for stability, hand-sanded saddle and bridge inlays made from oiled vintage bone, and a water-based Eco High Gloss Varnish. The innovative Moreno 12-hole bridge, due to its special construction, allows the strings to always have the same contact pressure on the bridge inlay. In contrast to the standard 6-hole bridge, the strings can be fastened more easily, quickly and securely. The risk of the strings slipping through and damaging the top is greatly reduced. A special feature of all Manuel Rodríguez 4/4 guitars is the GEWA armrest, which offers two decisive advantages: its rounded shape ensures a particularly pleasant playing feel and allows the soundboard to vibrate freely over the entire surface, as it prevents damping by the right arm being placed on top.
