Concept Toms are manufactured using 7-ply European Maple, with the rack toms utilizing DW's cutting-edge Advanced Suspension Tom Mount System (STMs), and the floor toms standing proudly on robust steel floor tom legs. Featuring a DW MAG Throw-Off, the 10-ply Concept Snare employs fully-chromed snare wires with carbon steel coils and chrome end plates. The 7-ply kick drum is finished with die-cast, low-mass claw hooks, and all Concept shells feature DW's incredible True Pitch tension rods, graduated counterhoop thicknesses, retro-inspired dual-turret lugs, and world-famous Remo drum heads.
