All Elite congas feature Pearl's Contour Crown rims that offer a radical sloping edge that practically disappears under your hands for a level of comfort you have to experience to believe.

Tremendous pressure is applied to conga heads and Pearl's exclusive Self-Aligning Washer System (S.A.W.S.) isolates the tension hooks from the inner walls of the lugs making Elite congas easier to tune.

Both wood and fiberglass shells are completed with premium lacquer finishes that look as good as they sound, with matching bongos sold separately.
