Shell Composition - Roadshow series shells are constructed from multiple plies of bonded hardwood, and are molded to create a single air resonance chamber, projecting notes when the drum head is struck. Roadshow shells are constructed from 6-ply, 7mm Asian White Poplar for superior power, delivering punch and tone that is perfect for students and beginner drummers.

Bearing Edge - Most of a drum's tonal character starts with the bearing edge - where the drum head meets the shell. With 45°, hand-cut bearing edges, Roadshow shells contact the head with deadly accuracy, resulting in a better sound from the drum, and making each shell easier to tune.

Hardware - The support hardware on a drum kit should begin with strong castings and reliable fittings. Second to none in it's class, Roadshow's included hardware package is built to last, with robust and durable lugs and fittings and adjustable, dual-reinforced stands to withstand the abuse of a heavy hitting drummer.

Snare - The heart of a drum kit is the Snare drum, and the included Roadshow snare drum delivers snappy attack, wide dynamics, and powerful, full-bodied tone at every striking level.

Stands - Roadshow is built to last through even the heaviest hits - an area where some other beginner level kits fall short. Supported by robust, double braced tripods, each of the included stands is height adjustable with die-cast tier joints, and all tilters can lock to almost any position you adjust them to.

Cymbals - Giving you everything you need to begin your rhythmic adventures, Roadshow includes a 16" crash cymbal, 20" ride, and a pair of 14" hi-hats. Perfect for the early stages of learning, these cymbals are a fantastic starting point for keeping time, playing ride patterns, and accent crashing.
