Versatile Function and Installation

Incredibly versatile, the K.2 Series includes a collection of preset contours for common applications, like Stage Monitor, Dance Music, Musical Instrument Amplification, Hand-Held Microphone, and more, while also providing user-defined Scenes to store your favorite settings like input type, delay, EQ, crossover, and selected contour. Each model in the series can be flown, wall - or truss-mounted, or mounted on a traditional speaker pole, either straight-firing, or with a 7.5° down-tilt. Advanced Power and DSP

Engineered with near-silent fan cooling, the 2000W power module provides plenty of peak and continuous power to drive the loudspeaker's premium drivers, making the K.2 Series speakers the perfect solution for settings where you need to minimize background noise. Meticulously designed, subtle, and complex internal dynamics processing protects the drivers from damage, and preventing distortion in the audio signal.

Presets and Scenes

Select from a library of factory preset EQ contours, like Live, Dance, Monitor, and more. User-definable scenes can be saved and recalled, storing information like user EQ, Delay, and input configuration settings.

I/O

Featuring a pair of balanced combo XLR and ¼" TRS connectors with dedicated gain control, the K.2 Series loudspeaker's inputs include selectable MIC/LINE level input settings for the XLR connectors, and HI-Z/LINE input settings for the TRS connectors - providing flexible input to suit a variety of devices and instruments. Each input is directly connected to a pair of male XLR throughput connectors, allowing you to daisy-chain signals to another audio device. Additionally, this speaker also features a convenient line-level output with the mixed signal from all inputs.

Coverage

QSC's cutting-edge Directivity Matched Transition (DMT) design matches the coverage angle of the woofer at the crossover frequency with the horn pattern, delivering a consistent response across the entire coverage area. When installing on a pole, the featured dual cups enable mounting at either 0° or 7.5° downward tilt, allowing for even greater coverage of the listening area, while minimizing problems caused by rear wall reflections. The integrated M10 fittings with a single pullback are included to accommodate M10 eyebolts for suspended installations.
