The Tour Custom drums have a round, bright character thanks to the all-Maple shells with a 6 ply-5.6mm/45 degree bearing edge - a design that provides tonal dimension, fast response and a musical sustain. The gorgeous satin lacquer finish optimizes the sonic properties of the Maple shells. Yamaha Tour Custom drums sound fantastic and are suited to any genre or style of playing.

Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System - Y.E.S.S - Designed to minimize contact between the shell and the mount, YESS mounts achieve a wider dynamic range and increased sustain.

Inverse Dyna Hoop (2.3mm) - The 2.3mm Inverse Dyna Hoop is a refined design and controls the natural harmonic overtones intrinsic to all-Maple shells, and focuses the fundamental note of the shell.

Absolute Lugs - The Tour Custom drums employ Yamaha's exclusive Absolute Lugs, adding a splash of sophistication and elegance to the kit.
