At Mega Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most electronics and instruments. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Mega Music account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
